Resonately is an AI-powered health tech startup focused on the audiology sector. Founded by Raghav and Kenneth—both graduates of Harvard Business School—the company was born out of a sharp insight: audiologists and hearing care professionals were underserved by modern, verticalized software solutions.
Determined to modernize clinical workflows, the founders began building early prototypes with freelance developers. As the product gained initial traction, they saw an opportunity to embed AI deeply into the day-to-day operations of audiology clinics. One core use case was a voice AI assistant that could listen to conversations between doctors and patients, summarize the interaction, and trigger necessary follow-up actions—ultimately saving clinicians time and improving patient care. As the product’s potential became clearer, so did the need for a more scalable and robust technical foundation—leading them to partner with Tequity.

Despite early momentum, Resonately faced multiple execution hurdles:
These issues threatened adoption by larger clinic networks and delayed product expansion.
‍
Tequity was brought in to help take Resonately’s product from a promising idea to a scalable platform. The engagement involved rethinking the architecture, AI pipeline, and deployment workflows.

This team continues to work hand-in-hand with the founders on a sprint-by-sprint basis to advance the product roadmap.

Resonately’s breakthrough came when one of the largest audiology clinic chains in the U.S. piloted the solution. After a successful trial and rapid implementation of their feedback, the clinic signed a national contract to roll out Resonately across more than 500 audiology centers nationwide.
The feedback from clinics has been overwhelmingly positive, with high praise for the system’s performance, accuracy, and usability. Resonately is now well on its way to becoming the category-defining software platform in the audiology space.
