The companies we recognize today did not grow by luck. They earned momentum by choosing their starting point with intent. At Tequity, we’ve mastered how to build the first version of your product with focus.

our process
How we work with founders who want to go unreasonably deep to get their beginnings right.
01
Set up
We begin with working sessions to understand the founder, the problem, and what good looks like.
02
Designing the first working prototype
We move straight to a functioning prototype. Instead of writing PRDs, we co-build a high-fidelity, interactive version of the product on Figma, Lovable or Replit. This process clarifies the user experience, core value, flows, and constraints through something real that users can test and respond to.
03
Engineering
We turn the prototype into a working MVP. The frontend is taken directly from the high-fidelity prototype, while an engineer builds the backend, data models, and integrations. We also implement analytics to observe behaviour, identify friction, and generate insight.

The focus in this stage is to see whether the idea has legs and can grow into a viable business.
